The first Arab woman to head a global organization

She grew up in the United Arab Emirates since her birth in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah in 1970 AD, and received her education in the city of Al Ain in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, from primary school to university level, where she honed her talent in beautification and her star shone as an international beautician.

Nominated by international experts, in 2005 she was chosen as President of the World Academic Federation of Decoration in the Arabian Gulf region, and in 2020 she was installed as President of the Federation at the international level, becoming the first Arab woman to head a global organization.

To this day, the Union still achieves qualitative achievements under her leadership at all levels, and she places at the top of her goals continuing to work on building a technically and artistically capable professional generation and raising the professional community to professional levels.

An inspiring career path... “Training without borders”

She began the path of professionalism and brilliance in the art of beauty through a creative talent that she refined with scientific knowledge and renewed experience that began in 1992. Her practical beginning was with the opening of her first beauty center bearing the name “Dhabiya Al-Emirates”, followed after that by another center called “Victoria” in the city of Al Ain. She strengthened her ambition with the determination to present her own vision of modern thought and innovative professional prospects that create excellence far from tradition, and through her participation in many international and local festivals. Its slogan has always been “Training Without Borders” because it believes in the importance of continuous professional training to advance the profession of decorating and beautification to the highest levels, and because it considers vocational training a foundation for all societies that seek to develop their human resources to reach the ranks of developed countries.
